The rooms at Whitmoor Farm & Spa were cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the homely feel and the pool view from our bungalow. It was nice having a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, making it easy to cook meals together. The satellite TV and comfortable sofa were perfect for relaxing evenings.
The only thing we didn't love was the lack of ironing facilities. However, it's just a personal preference and might not bother others.

I was quite impressed with the hotel's charming decor and cozy atmosphere. The beautiful furnishings and lovely artwork throughout the property made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with wide hallways and handrails in the common areas, making it easy for me to navigate.
For a better vacation experience for senior people like myself, I would have liked to see more seating areas with comfortable chairs or benches scattered around the property. This would have provided a nice opportunity for us to sit and relax, especially when enjoying the picturesque garden.

The property was very clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant stay overall. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with beautiful nature treks nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience more enjoyable.
The showers were scalding and difficult to work with, which was quite unpleasant. It would have been better to have normal showers that were easier to use and didn't burn.
